Eden Mocca Experience: Coffee & Chocolate Tour

The bungalow was perfect for our stay … and the Chocolate/ Coffee tour was super fun, Cesar was our tour guide and made it memorable for our family.

We also did their cacao and coffee tour and loved it!

The chocolate and coffee tour is a must try. The staff here, especially the chef was super helpful. We would love to visit again.

The coffee tour was great! Ceasar was an excellent guide and we learned a lot and had a ton of fun doing that.

We did the chocolate tour here! Our tour guide was a young lady who was extremely fun, friendly, and charismatic! She showed us the cacao trees, the drying process, and explained everything very well. We all got to participate in helping to grind the beans and taste so much fresh chocolate before making our own truffles with toppings and hot cocoa! … Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chocolate tour in Costa Rica.

We did the chocolate tour here - I liked how interactive it was. I wasn't sure if my son would enjoy it but Nelson made it interactive and fun. Exceeded my expectations in terms of actual hands-on making chocolate time. Other tours I've been on focus on the cacao mostly and then maybe a small taste at the end, but if you are a chocolate lover, the tour at Eden won't disappoint!

We took a chocolate tour with Cesar and it was FABULOUS!!! We couldn't contain our smiles as we had so much fun grinding chocolate and learning all about cacao! The tour was by far one of the best experiences I had on this trip!! … We even got to make our own little chocolates to take home.

The process of making chocolate was soooo interesting, fun and satisfyingly non-tedious. The best part is riding the chocolate bike but I don't want to spoil it, but seriously you have to try it. We got to add delicious toppings like pink salt and cinnamon to our chocolate … This is a must do!

We came to Eden for a chocolate tour and were blown away! Our guide was wonderful - she did a great job of explaining the chocolate-making process from tree to bar, and she also was excellent at explaining the history of chocolate and providing cultural context. We highly recommend this chocolate tour!

We did a chocolate tour hosted by Nelson. What a great, interactive, educational fun tour for adults and kids. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. It kept the attention of adults as well as my kids aged 5, 9 and 12. One of the highlights of our trip!

One of the best tours you can do in Costa Rica/Arenal area. We did the cacao tour and it was amazing. Very hands on and informative. Stay for lunch and enjoy a great casado with fish, pork or chicken. Highly recommended!

We visited for the chocolate tour. It was very informative and our kids loved making their own chocolates and participating in the hands on experience. Our guide Porfi was excellent and took extra care to include the youngest member of our group (ages 2&4) in the experience.

…we did the full chocolate tour … he explained and talked us through the whole growing process through to actually making chocolate, being able to walk around and see each stage was really interesting. … a fun interactive tour for children & adults which both will enjoy. Definitely an experience worth doing.

We toured the cacao farm and had an amazing time at this organic farm with a tour of the facilities. We saw how chocolate was made from cacao pod to the end product. … I highly recommend them!
