Ride horseback across Ganadera La Nacha, a working cattle and dairy ranch run by the Solís family in Venado. Cross the river, climb green ridges with valley views, and stop at the ranch's private waterfalls before continuing on to the Venado Caves for an underground adventure. Your host, Don Julio, speaks Spanish only; Hazel handles all coordination for you. All levels of riders are welcome; no experience needed.

Good to know before you book
- What the caves are like: expect to wade through knee-deep underground streams and move through natural rock passages (helmets and headlamps are provided).
- Authentic local guides: the ranch trail ride is led by local Costa Rican ranch hands in Spanish, and the Venado Caves portion includes a certified guide. Hazel coordinates all logistics and communication for you.
- Arrival: plan to arrive at the ranch about 15 minutes before your selected start time.
Children
Minimum age 8. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children 8–10 ride with a parent and pay the adult rate.
